Integrated Online Video InterviewsAfter reviewing resumés that have been submitted to their booth, companies can invite candidates via email to respond to custom pre-recorded interview questions through a webcam. In addition, companies have access to our custom interview creator where they can make their custom interview in minutes using our 3000+ pre-recorded questions (a great way to pre-screen candidates!). Afterwards, companies can view and share completed interviews at any computer by clicking on each question and watching that response.
