What is InterviewStream?
In 2003, InterviewStream invented an industry with a simple mission: co-founders Randy Bitting and Miles Munz wanted to make interviewing more effective and less painful for candidates and employers.
Born of necessity, the concept quickly caught on with campuses across the U.S. and extended to the corporate market with pre-recorded and live video interview platforms. Since those pioneering days, InterviewStream clients have conducted more video interviews than any other provider – over 500,000 – in over 120 countries in eight languages; the company also houses the largest database of video-based questions. Customers range from leading corporations such as IBM, Sodexo, Viacom, AT&T, Cigna, Enterprise Rent-a-Car and Right Management to hundreds of university campuses worldwide and 21 of the nation’s top 25 MBA programs.
In late 2012, InterviewStream embarked on a new era of expansion and product innovation with its acquisition by Brazos Higher Education Service Corporation (BHESC), a firm with over $10 billion in managed assets. Under the leadership of CEO Tim Condon – a veteran executive with decades of experience in HR enterprise solutions and government employment – the capital funding plan will focus on international growth, creative enhancements to our award-winning platform, and increased service support for customers’ video interview initiatives. Founder Randy Bitting remains on the management team in the new role of Chief Innovation Officer.
A new era of expansion and innovation has begun, but our core values remain: a world-class interview platform, mastery of the art of interviewing, and outstanding customer service.
Corporate headquarters are located in Waco, Texas with operations also in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
